Orkut, the newest social network more popular in Brazil and India has come with new appearance, more facilities and safer. As the organization says they have enhanced the security levels of the site then the previous periods. That denotes that we can have a safer surfing through Orkut.

Orkut comes with email verification the strategy to enhance the security of the user accounts. It allows the users to login to their accounts via email verification. So this is kind of the two-step security confirmation working in Google. So the users are encouraged to have email verification as soon as possible and near future it seems to be a compulsory.

Orkut is not going anywhere. I repeat, Orkut is not going anywhere! Just because there are other social networking sites to use such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest, Orkut is still a very nice social networking site to use.

First off, for those who are new to Orkut, let me explain what the platform is. Orkut is a great social networking site founded by Google in 2004.  Dr. Orkut Büyükkökten, a Stanford University graduate, named after himself, is the mastermind behind Orkut’s social networking site. He is a software developer who created the platform so people all over the globe can engage, have fun, play games, post their events and eventually, chat with one another.

Here, I’m going to help you to have an idea about Orkut. So I’ll tell you how to sign in. If you are a new user, you will have to register by using the web page (www.orkut.com). After registering you can create your profile on Orkut by using your e-mail and password. If you have a Gmail account Orkut account has automatically create for your G-mail. If you want to access your Orkut, you have to log in Orkut by using your g-mail and password.

Though Google launched its first social network orkut we could use it only in PCs to orkut sign up. Today I’m going to tell you about “Orkut” even from begging how to sign up Orkut and more on that. This is a social network and this possess to Google. This helps you to have relationships with your friend as we do in Facebook, My Space and Google+. The most visitors are from Brazil, India and USA. If you are above 18 you can be a member of this Orkut society. This has over 100 million users.

If you have a Google account it will be easy for you to create a Orkut account and sign in to Orkut by entering Gmail address and password and click on sign in, otherwise you have visit www.Orkut.com and click “join now”. Create a Google account and this will lead you to sign in to Orkut account. Then our account can be created. Since I have a Google account I could sign up for it easily.
